Hello. Welcome back to the Novel Kicks Writing Room.

Having concentrated on the process of editing last Wednesday, I wanted to keep it fairly simple this week.

Today, the task is to free write. The genre, setting, POV, characters – all of that is down to you. My only rule is that you try to reach 750 words. This is roughly three, one-sided pieces of A4 paper (or so I’ve been told.)

Maybe you’ve got an idea you’ve been thinking about for a while? Or, if you’re not sure what to write, there are some suggestions below that you can mix and match.

Grab that drink and snack and head to where you like to write. As always though, have fun.
